The room was good, clean, and modern. The gym was fantastic, the best I found in Seoul. The reception desk was helpful and willing to assist as soon as possible. The sauna facilities were great. The hotel's location was very nice, close to many important sights.
There was a lack of space for clothes, as there was no closet, just some hangers by the door. The breakfast was limited, and the flexibility and service were not as expected, especially when traveling with a toddler.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, right by a beautiful palace. The staff provided excellent service, from wake up calls to a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The free shuttle service was a great bonus, making it easy to explore the city. The spa facilities were also fantastic, with a sauna and steam room that we thoroughly enjoyed. With free Wi-Fi and a fitness centre, this hotel had it all!
We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were great, including a sauna and hot tub that were available at a reasonable cost. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to Changdeokgung palace and within walking distance of the main attractions in this city. it was easy to catch a taxi or find transportation options nearby.
